I lack the musical mental library to tell you if a song is the baby of backwoods rock meets Polynesian nose flute porch music, but I can tell you how a song makes me feel. These lyrics are dim, but the music makes me feel hopeful, kind of like smiling through a shit storm. I like that "All Those Friendly People" makes me awkwardly dance in my chair.
This Dublin trio released their album, Lily of the Valley, on 1 April, 2012. It's easy to detect an accent (well, an accent to me, anyway) in all eleven tracks, and well, I don't hate that. In fact, I'm kind of a sucker for it.
